Debate Camp is expanding its presence in the U.S. with the introduction of both day and overnight summer programs in California, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s growth. Located at Cate School in Carpinteria, the day camp runs July 20–24 and offers structured programming in debate, public speaking, and Model United Nations for students in rising grades 5–10, with multi-level instruction and a balanced mix of academic and recreational activities.
Complementing the day camp, the overnight program (July 19–25) provides a 6-day/6-night immersive experience for rising grades 8–11, featuring an enriched curriculum with parliamentary debate, Model UN, global issues workshops, and optional recreational outings. These camps reflect Debate Camp’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality debate education and personal growth opportunities to students across North America as part of its broader summer enrichment portfolio.
